    Eiko Hashiba

    After working in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs, financial controller at L'Oreal Japan, and five years of PE investment at Unison Capital, Eiko founded walkntalk Inc. (now VisasQ Inc.) in March 2012 and officially released the service of VQ in October 2013. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

    Hidetoshi Uriu

    Hidetoshi started his career at the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in 1999, and became Managing Director in 2012. He joined VQ in 2018 as CFO, then became COO and led the IPO and acquisition of Coleman. He is currently stationed in the US as Global CSO to lead the PMI with Coleman. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Tokyo.

    Kevin Coleman

    Under Kevin's leadership Coleman has grown from a startup to a top provider of primary research. Before Kevin founded Coleman in 2003 he was the Vice President of Sales and a member of the management team at Multex, a global financial information provider that went public in 1999 and was purchased by Reuters in March 2003.

    Takeshi Shichikura

    Takeshi joined the Development Bank of Japan in 2011, and assisted local governments in economic and tourism strategies, provided long-term corporate loans, and was also involved in venture investment. He joined VQ in 2016 and became Executive Officer in 2019, leading the business for consulting firms, financial institutions, and other professional firms. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University.

    Yu Miyazaki

    Yu joined Recruit HR Marketing in 2006, and was responsible for sales, new product development, and corporate planning at Recruit Jobs. He joined VQ in 2019, concurrently serving as GM of CEO Office and GM of VisasQ lite division, launching corporate marketing and driving growth of VisasQ lite. He is currently the GM of Enterprise Business Division. He graduated from Yokohama National University.

    Mamoru Kokaze

    Mamoru joined Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities in 2011. He joined VQ in January 2022 as Executive Officer and CFO, where he is responsible for developing financial strategies after the acquisition of Coleman, IR, etc. as well as strengthening overall corporate functions. He graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Law.

    Yoshiyuki Tanaka

    Yoshiyuki worked in R&D of natural language processing at Dai Nippon Printing, launched a photo-sharing SNS, and worked as project manager at GREE prior to joining VQ in 2017. After releasing the iOS app and serving as GM of VisasQ lite division, he now oversees all aspects of product management as VP of Product. He graduated from the Tokyo University of Technology.

    Daiki Kita

    After working in contract development and medical-related service development, Daiki joined VQ in 2017. He is promoting the productivity improvement of VisasQ interview from the aspect of product development, and is also leading the development of new products for corporate clients. He became VPoE in 2022 and works on hiring engineers and strengthening development organization.

    Kenta Watanabe

    After working for a development company for 5 years, Kenta joined GREE and was engaged in gaming platform development. In 2014, he joined Cozre where he was involved in the engineering team and the launch of the web media. He joined VQ in 2016 and led the product development of VisasQ interview and lite, and is currently working on UIUX improvements as the GM of Advisor & lite Development Group and Platform Development Group.

    Tomoaki Suga

    Tomoaki joined Recruit in 2006. After working in sales and as the head of CSR department of Recruit Holdings, he was stationed in the Philippines as Country Manager of a subsidiary. After working at a start-up company, he joined VQ in 2022 and oversees the global team in Tokyo, VQ's Singapore office and Coleman's HK office. He graduated from Keio University Graduate School.


    Leong Loh

    Leong spent over 12 years at a Guidepoint as Director of Asia. Prior to that, Leong held consulting and investment research roles, including stints at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Leong holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore. He joined VISASQ SINGAPORE PTE.LTD as the Representative in 2020, and was appointed to the current role from 2022.

    Kohei Katada

    Kohei joined Morgan Stanley Securities (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities) in April 2003 and worked in the investment banking division. Thereafter, he joined Lifenet Insurance Company in March 2008 rose to the position of CFO in May 2013. In 2014, he joined SmartNews Inc. Vice President of Finance, where he was involved in raising ¥8.6 billion in capital. He joined Gojo & Company,Inc. as CFO in November 2019.

    Masaaki Aoyama

    Masaaki graduated from Kyoto University and then joined Dream Incubator Inc., a strategic consulting firm, where he became an executive officer in June 2015. In June 2012, he became an outside director, then director and managing executive officer in April 2016 at ipet Insurance Co.,Ltd. which went public in 2018 on TSE Mothers. He currently serves as external auditor for ABEJA, Inc. and Peace of Mind Co., Ltd..

    Yoshiaki Ueno

    After graduating from the faculty of economics from the University of Tokyo, Yoshiaki started his audit and accounting career in Asahi Shinwa Co., Ltd in 1993 and subsequrntly joined in Shinsei Bank in 2003. Thereafter, he joined ANZ Banking Group where he served as CFO of Tokyo Branch. In 2017, Yoshiaki joined Seven Seas Advisors Co., Ltd., an independent investment management company. He is also an external auditor of Loadstar Capital K.K.
